Delivery
Orders made before 1 pm Monday through Saturday in London area will be delivered within the same day if there is any available stock.
Your jewellery will be delivered to your door by our expert couriers, fully insured and beautifully gift wrapped along with product certificate.
Delivery Timing
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, shipping locations and customs. Usually this could take up to 15 business days. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will also give an approximate date of the order delivery.
Returns
If you would like to return your purchase from mevaris.com for any reason, you may do so by returning your items within 28 days of receiving the order. Pieces must be returned unworn with original packaging and security tags in place. Otherwise, you may not be eligible for a full refund.
Unless it’s a faulty product, return costs belong to customers.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on customised jewellery such as made to measure, custom-made, size altered or engraved pieces.
